He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashton Styron and Hazel Styron; and his brother Kemp Styron. He is survived by: his wife Nettie Scott Styron; his children, Emily Styron (Amy Boyette) of Harkers Island and Grayden Brett Styron; his siblings, Anna Meador of Morehead City and Billy Styron of Morehead City; and his granddaughter Kailyn Boyette. He is also survived by his wife, of over 60 years, his children, and his granddaughter.
