The passing of Betty McCormick Cline of Harkers Island, North Carolina leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 16, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie L McCormick and Minnie Neel McCormick; and her brother-in-law Bobby Echols of West Virginia. She is survived by: her pets, Hans and Chance; her husband Ralph Wayne Cline; her sister Judy McCormick Echols of Ronceverte; her son Jeff Tabor; her daughter-in-law Julia Tabor of Burlington; and her stepchildren, Russ Cline (Jennifer Cline) and Lynn C Dailey (David). She is also survived by her nieces, one nephew, and a host of friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harkers Island Methodist Church (603 Cape Lookout Dr, Harkers Island, NC 28531). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gibsonville Cemetery (1204 Springwood Ave, Gibsonville, NC 27249).
