Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alvie Michael Fulcher (Harkers Island, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 77, on April 15, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Fulcher and Vienna Rose Fulcher; and his sister Lina Sue Fulcher. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Fulcher; his children, Wanda Darlene Clarke of Newport, Mila Fulcher Mattice and Charles Makley Willis, Jr. (Clarissa) of Marshallberg; his grandsons, Adam Eubanks Lawrence, Charles Michael Willis, Charles Makley and Willis, III; and his great grandchildren, Sailor Noel Willis, Rona Potter and Adilene Potter.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
