She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Smithers and Beulah Smithers (Rucker); her husband Charlie Pugh; and her daughter Valerie Abel. She is survived by: her children, Carol Fulton (Steve) of Harbinger, NC, Pam Maines (Richard) of Poquoson, VA and Charlie Pugh, Jr. (Cathy) of Romney, WV. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tearcoat Church of the Brethren (48 Dunkard Church Rd, Augusta, WV 26704). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tearcoat Church (48 Dunkard Church Rd, Augusta, WV 26704).
