We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2020, at the age of 76, Velma Lou Elmes Halsey of Hamptonville, North Carolina, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Elmes and Dorothy Smith Elmes. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Halsey; her stepson Michael Halsey (Melissa); her son David (Terrie Bingaman); and her cousins, Wanda Bollinger, Shelby Elmes Colble, Sandy Greenwalt, Dorothy K Elmes Martin, Kathy Elmes Clough, Timmy Elmes and Tommy Elmes. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that for those attending to observe social distance and wearing of masks.
