She was predeceased by: her father Everett Haithcock; her husband Robert Mitchell Rose; and her stepfather Ora Weldon Jessup. She is survived by: her mother Ann Anderson Jessup of Hamptonville; her son Thomas Anthony Rose of Hamptonville; her siblings, Tony Haithcock (Crystal) of Sevierville, TN, Donnie Jessup (Michelle) of Roaring River, Ronnie Jessup (Tonya) of Hamptonville, Cindy Passmore of Winston-Salem and Karen Tilley (Jeff Vogler) of Winston; her aunt Margaret; her uncle James Shaver; and her close friend Sandra Goins Brown.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Elkin Funeral Service (560 North Carolina 268 W, Elkin, NC 28621). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
