She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Beach Bell and Susie Branon Bell; her sons, Timothy Wayne Winebargar and Raymond Lee "Josh" Shew, Jr.; and her siblings, Peggy Boles and Maurice Bell.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Camie Felecia Shew, Susan Kim Wilson and Ronald Damon Shew.
