He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jack, Grace Adkins, Frankie and Grace Swaim. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Leroy and Deborah Adkins Hutchins, Jr.; his brother Steven Mark Hutchins (Melissa); his niece Brittany Nichole Lusk (J. D.); and his nephew Brandon David Eugene Hutchins. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, & Cousins.
