It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Barron (Hamptonville, North Carolina), born in Salisbury, North Carolina, who passed away on April 1, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howard Barron and Alice Jamima Moorefield Barron; and his brother David Barron. He is survived by: his wife Jane Barron; his children, Justin Jonathan Barron and Jill Barron Parker (Christopher); his siblings, Steven Barron (Shirley) and Susannah Kelty (Tim); his grandchildren, Gwen and Bristol Parker; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Barron (Tammy), Nathan Kelty (Shawna), Ester Sumner (Steve) and Ruth Wilford (Devon).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in care of Dale Trivette 358 Union Grove Rd. Hamptonville, NC 27020.
