He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Wagoner and Bessie Ray Wagoner; his wife Myrtle Lou Smoot Wagoner; and his brother Gray Wagoner. He is survived by: his sons, Rohn Wagoner (Cobey) and Todd Wagoner (Kelly); his grandchildren, Philip Wagoner (Emily) and Kristine Wagoner; his great grandchild Joyce Little; and his sister Angeline Allen.
