It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Opal Arlene Holcomb of Hamptonville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 8, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Jarvis and Pollie Maie Nicholson Jarvis; her husband Roy Fuller Holcomb; and her siblings, Neal, William, Tom Jarvis, Ruby Little and Jewell Evanofski.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Tucker, Mary Ferraiolo, Carolyn Morgan, Wayne Jarvis, Ronald Jarvis and Donald Jarvis; her children, Nancy Holcomb, Mae Nicholson (H. C.), Helen Tise (Jerry) and Lee Roy Holcomb; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Hill, Sharon Duncan, Aaron Hill, Mark Nicholson, Jamie Nicholson, Kristie Breznay, Kim Hodock, Kelly Grant, David Holcomb and Keisha Cooper.
