She was predeceased by: her parents, Wintfield Chambers and Virginia Pauline Lowman Chambers; her former husband Garlis Chambers; her husband Turner Swaim; and her siblings, Carolyn Roberts and Bill Chambers.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Chambers Riley (Joel); and her brothers, Robert Chambers (Linda), Roy Chambers and David Chambers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
