With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorene Reece Swaim (Hamptonville, North Carolina), who passed away on July 3, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Reece and Vada Haynes Reece; her husband Flake Swaim; her brother Worth Reece; her children-in-law, Carol Swaim and Ken Metzger; and also Brian Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Metzger, Glenda Pardue (Rudy), Robert Swaim and Jan Storie (Brad); her grandchildren, Lisa Haynes, Chad Pardue, Bonnie Sloan (Steve), Lori Stinson, Bridget Swaim (Anthony Ivey), Leah Storie (Raúl Mañón) and Luke Storie (Maggie); her great grandchildren, Jordan Berube (Tyler), Jesse Stinson (Jessica), Austin Pardue, Lindsey Haynes, Caleb Sloan, Ethan Stanley, Lucas Mañón, Caroline Mañón, Lilly Mañón, Leo Storie and Lucie Storie; and her sister-in-law Doris Spicer (Dennis).
