She was predeceased by: her parents, George Charles and Beatrice Parks Charles; and her husband Rev. Robert "Bob" Lester Burnett. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Trogdon and Sharon Laws (Scott); her stepchildren, Brenda Flack (Carroll), Lynn Mintz and Renee Bullington (Todd); her grandchildren, Madison Laws (Cameron Eller) and Cade Laws; her brothers, Wayne Charles (Linda) and George Charles; her close friend Rusty; and her friend Loretta Shirley. She is also survived by 6 step grandchildren; 9 step great grandchildren.
