She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Bost and Evelyn Witherspoon Bost; her husband David Delano Dinkins; her son Richard Eugene Bost; and her brother Nathan Eugene Bost.
She is survived by: her children, Nathan Wayne Sapp (Katherine), Brian Keith Sapp (Kelly), Sheila Sapp Myers (Richard) and Stephen Eugene Sapp; her stepson Michael Dinkins (Lenora Combs); her daughter-in-law Mary Bost; her grandchildren, Brandon Sapp, Kendria Douglas (Martin), Nicholas Sapp, Kayla Martin, Sarah Bost, Emily McPherson (Kenny) and Matthew Bost; and her nieces, Libby England (Larry) and Belinda Campbell (Tim). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
