He is survived by: his wife Kay Elizabeth Caudle Martin; his children, Dale Martin (Jennifer), Kyle Martin, Chris Martin (Angie) and Sharon Martin (Dewayne); his grandchildren, Madison Turner (David), Kyndale Martin (Emily), Skylar and Morgan Martin; his great grandchild Oaklynn Griffin; and his siblings, Lucille Caviness, Carol Windsor (Dwight) and William "Bill" Martin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
