With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Gardner (Hamptonville, North Carolina), who passed away on December 7, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lee and Sallie Royal Ashley; her husband John H. Gardner; her grandchildren, Kristie Smith and Nathan Gardner; and her siblings, Geneva Wiles, Lucille Shaffner, Gurney, Johnnie, Kenneth and George Ashley.
She is survived by: her children, Michel Gardner and Kim Gardner Cain; her grandchildren, Adrian Gardner (Stephanie) and Savannah Cain; her great grandchildren, Dailan Smith, Gracie, Chloie, Hailey, Nathaniel Gardner and Carrie Hodges (Darrell); and her great great grandchild Draven Hodges. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
