He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Groce and Lola Whitaker Groce; his brothers, Roger Groce and Gerald Groce; and his granddaughter Summer Groce.
He is survived by: his son Michael Groce (Jill); his grandsons, Michael Cale Groce (Amanda) and Cody Grant Groce; and his brother Bill Groce.
