With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Ireland (Hamptonville, North Carolina), who passed away on July 20, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Everidge and Retha Thompson Reece; her husband James Walter Ireland; her children, Darrell Wayne Ireland and Dolly Ann Ireland; and her siblings, John, Ovid Everidge and Judy Mauldin.

She is survived by: her children, Walter Dale Ireland, Daniel Webster Ireland and Debra Ireland Hoots (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Mindy Ireland, Mallory Wentzell (Chris), Megan Martinez (Jeremiah), Jake Ireland, Melanie Ireland, Corey Ireland and Waylon Ireland (Austin); her great grandchildren, Trevor, Avery, Vera, Joey, Alex, Isaiah, Nicholas, Kaleb and Kason; and her brother Albert Everidge (Levone). She is also survived by five half-brothers; and one half-sister.
