She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucy Chappell Wagoner and Arthur Clyde Wagoner; her husband Bob Pate; and her siblings, Harvey, Hoy-Lee Wagoner and Martha Sue Wagoner.
She is survived by: her sister Maggie Wagoner Collins; her children, Micheal and Patricia; her grandchildren, Rob (Heather) and Stacey (Ercel); and her great grandchildren, Emma, Raelin, Robert Andrew, Addison and Jackson.
