He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeno Billings and Myrtle Vestal Billings; his wife Kate Billings; his son Todd Billings; and his siblings, JoAnn (Virgil Wagoner), Jeanette (Frank Yarboro) and Kelly (Libby).
He is survived by: his brothers, Jim Billings (Carol) of Elkin and Dickie Billings (Kathy) of Elkin; his granddaughter Samantha Harrison; and his great grandchildren, Sabrina Harrison and Audrey Harrison.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jonesville First Baptist Church (134 Winston Rd, Jonesville, NC 28642). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
