She is survived by: her husband Timothy Hayes; her children, Cassie Doub, Cody Thompson (Amanda Lawson), Lacey Phillips (David), Michael Creech (Emily Smith) and Skyler Creech (Jensen Wiles); her grandchildren, Zackary, Chole, Robert, Kinsley, Oaklyn, Maeleigh and Waylon; and her siblings, Toni Burguess (Keven Linder), Stanley Burguess and Bill Morin.
