She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Mullis and Lilly Mae Mullis; her husband Thomas Calvin Couch; her son David Anthony "Tony" Couch; and her siblings, Mildred Caudle (Gary), Virginia Mullis, Lois Medvetz (George), Edward Mullis, Joe Mullis, Ben Mullis (Cleo) and Roger Mullis.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Mike" Michael Couch and Robert "Bobby" Clayton Couch (Rene Welborn); her brother William "Gray" Mullis (Michelle); her daughter-in-law Elisa Couch; her sisters-in-law, Reba Mullis, Mary Lou Mullis and Marilynn Mullis; her grandchildren, Michael "Dale" Couch (Reja), Adam Couch, Ashton Lyon (Brandon) and Timothy "Timmy" Couch; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Couch, Kellen Couch and Archer Lyon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
