With solemn reverence, we commemorate William Hobbs Sr. of Hampstead, North Carolina, born in Jacksonville, North Carolina, whose life came to an end on September 20, 2024 at the age of 77, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Dill Hobbs and Margie Hobbs; his brothers, Joseph "Joe", George and Dane Hobbs; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Jo Ann Tyer.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Rochelle Hobbs; his grandchildren, John Jr. (Andrew), Garrison (Alexandra) and William (Febe); his great grandchildren, Lacy, John III, Levi and Caroline; and also, Lori (John), Billy (Amanda) and Crissy (Dan). He is also survived by his son and two daughters.
