He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie E Driggers and Ruth Henson Driggers. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Driggers; and his children, Debbie Pope (Herman), Terry Driggers, William Driggers, Jr (Carolyn), Robert A. Barley (Betty), Deborah Parrish and Samuel Kinton (Jeannie).
