He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Bryant Forehand (Iva Lee) and Teresa Forehand (Don McIntyre); his grandchildren, Katie, Joey, Cullen and Sydney; and his siblings, Kenneth Forehand (Barbara) and Sandra (Donald Watkins).
