With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodosia Russell of Hampstead, North Carolina, born in Bradshaw, West Virginia, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Evans and Myrtle Evans; her husband Robert E. Russell; and her siblings, Ginny, Fay, June, Darrell, Bob, Ralph and Buddy.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Russell (Denise), Nancy Poppen (Craig) and Suzanne Davis (Tim); her grandchildren, Brandon Russell (Amber), Cade Russell (Nancy), Sean Poppen (Taylor), Haylie Steffensmeier (Kurt), Angela Davis and Dalten Davis (Michaela); her great grandchildren, Elijah, Zoey, Noah Russell, Brady, Aniston Poppen, Olivia, Parker and Quinn Steffensmeier; and her siblings, Sue Burkhart and Jimmie Evans.
