She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vaughan, Jr. and Mary Vaughan; her husband Ray W. Cotter, Sr.; her sons, James W. and Clifford A. Cotter; and her siblings, Harrold, Tom, Jack Vaughan and Lois McMoil.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine R. Cotter (Frank White) of Hampstead, NC, Ray W. Cotter, Jr. (Sandra) of Kirkland, WA and Barbara Cotter Walsh (Tim) of Cattaraugus, NY; her daughter-in-law Sarah F. Cotter of Clinton, NY.; and her grandchildren, Tamara Arrington (Mike), Kimberly Coleman, Brendan Cotter (Kari), William Cotter (Kate) and Gavin Cotter (Sarah). She is also survived by great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
