He was predeceased by: his father Charles Demchock. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Demchock (Bloom); his wife Nicole Sipala Demchock; his daughter Isabella Demchock; and his siblings, Chuck Demchock (Colleen), Debby West (Blain), Michelle McKee (Mark), Shelly Proto (Kirk) and Carol Demchock. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
