It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Preston L. Howard of Hampstead, North Carolina, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Burial will follow in Sea Lawn Memorial Park, Hampstead, N. C. With the ongoing variances of COVID-19, mask are required while inside the funeral home.
