She is survived by: her sons, John Michael (Lynne), Cameron Benjamin (Laura), Haywood Daniel (Nancy) and William Matthew (Kelly); her grandchildren, Cameron B. II (Melissa), Stephen Brandon (Maryanna), Michael Christopher (Stephanie), Ethan Sloan (Megan), Whitney Helene (Cory Thomas), Daniele Patricia (Kevin), Haywood Daniel Jr., John Carson and Slater; her great grandchildren, Fiona, Micah, Lachlan, Ethan and Aidan; and her grandchildren, Isabella, Levi, William Oliver, Henry Michael, Ava Grace and Historia James.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice in memory of Patricia.
