He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Vick Bridgers and Jesse Odell Bridgers; his wife Ellen Flowers Bridgers; his pet Bentley; his brother David Bridgers (Susan); his nephew Carl Bridgers (Heather); his great-nephew Miles; his niece Alison Bridgers; his great-niece Melissa; his sister-in-law Carolyn Flowers Wilson; his niece Suzanne Wilson Greene; his great-nephew Wilson; his great-niece Eliza; his nephew Sam Ogburn (Jane); and his great-nephews, Sam III and Jack.
