She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Leon Walton and Mildred Dempsey Walton; her sister Celia Sampredo; her nephew Edmond Sampredo; and her niece Kathleen Sampedro.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry McCaskill; her children, Craig Montgomery (Becky), Elizabeth Montgomery, Denise Jernigan (Bobby) and Angela Benton (Larry); her grandchildren, Ciara Montgomery, Devon Montgomery and Alan Flowers; her great grandchildren, Colton Flowers and Perry Benton; her sister Mary Mayo (Jimmy); and her niece Tonya Quinn (Billy).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Lynn to Topsail Presbyterian Church, or to the Pender County Humane Society.
