He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Allen and Joyce Barbour Lee; and his stepfather Danny Harold Lee. He is survived by: his fiancé Lindy Godwin; his children, Christopher Trent Allen (Heather) and Katelan Allen (Cody Frye); his granddaughter Leila Grace Allen; his sister Brenda Heath (Tim); his stepchildren, Savanna Edwards and Dalton Edwards; and his nephews, Brent Heath and Brandon Heath.
