Joyce Stokes Spencer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Stokes Spencer (Hampstead, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Stokes and Rozene Stokes; her husband Ray Spencer; and her brother Bobby Stokes. She is survived by: her children, Allan Huntsinger, Leta Huntsinger and Shelley Register (Eric); her grandson Tyler Register (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Emersyn and Hayden; her granddaughter Carley Register; and her siblings, Evelyn McCaskill, Marian McGill, Linda Dillingham, Iris Latham, Marlene Deas and Kenneth Stokes. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wilmington Funeral Chapel (1535 S 41st St, Wilmington, NC 28403). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
