She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude May Conklin and Robert Tudor Hopkins; and her husband Joseph Jasinkiewicz. She is survived by: her brother Robert Hopkins; her sons, Kevin Hutsell and Sam Hopkins; her children-in-law, Victoria, Keith and Deborah Ann; her grandchildren, Holly Stokes, Donnatella Galderese and Tracey Widdis (Matthew Widdis); her great grandchildren, Madison Dyas, Olivia Dyas, Kaylee Widdis, Connor Widdis and Casey Widdis; and her pet Otto.
She loved helping others in need through her service on the Eastern Star Charity Foundation Board of Directors from 2004-2009.
