He is survived by: his son Donald; his daughter-in-law Susie; his sister Glenda West; and his pet Trixie (Shirley Carroll). He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Barlow Vista Baptist Church (22340 Hwy 17, Hampstead, NC 28443).
