He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irvin Kepner and Mary Elizabeth Kepner; his wife Mary Ann Kepner; his children, Robert J. Kepner, Nancy Hill (JV) and Judi Marks (Kevin); his grandchildren, Matthew Hill (Sarah), Courtney Hill, Tyler Marks, Keenan Marks and Joshua Kepner; and his great grandchildren, Anson Savery and Madeline Hill.
