He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Brammer and Louise Brammer; his wife Roxanne Brammer; his children, Nicole Brammer, Scott Brammer (Mary Susan) and Kristen Brammer Hoover (Thomas, Jr.); his grandchildren, Andrew Brammer, Airlie Brammer, David Brammer and Thomas Hoover, III; and his brothers, Melvin Brammer, Harold Brammer and Keith Brammer. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
