We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2024, at the age of 94, Helene Kozlowski Chapin of Hampstead, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney Stiles Chapin; her parents, Edward Kozlowski and Helen Kozlowski; and her siblings, Edward Kozlowski and Carol.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lorraine (Ronnie) and Raymond Kozlowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to All Saints Catholic Church or Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center.
