She was predeceased by: her husband John Anthony Gmytruk; and her daughter Jade Anna Smith. She is survived by: her son Bryan Anthony Gmytruk; her mother Gladys A. Smith; her brothers, Joseph W. Smith and Tracey Smith (Teresa); her mother-in-law Betty Gmytruk; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Cliff and Linda Pearl Woodrow.
