He is survived by: his wife Pat Wells Raynor Padgett; his sons, Wayne Padgett (Pam) of Hampstead and Bobby Padgett (Sheila) of Wilmington; his stepson Wayne Raynor (Francy) of Hampstead; his grandson Alex Padgett (Marley) of Kenansville; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Raynor (Christina) of Indiana, Ryan Raynor (Laura) of Charlotte, Hannah Raynor of Charlotte and Dylan Raynor of Hampstead; and his brother Durlin Padgett of Sandy Run. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
