He was predeceased by: his son Andrew Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Leah; his sons, Jeremy and Shaun; his sister Terrie; his nieces, Kelly and Kelsi; and his grandchildren, Alek, Leah, Tayler, Kaden, Nolan and Theo.
