She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Wood Humphreys and Acil Humphreys; and her cousin Sarah Graham. She is survived by: her husband Fred Phillips; her daughters, Robin Soles (Wayne), Tammy Campbell (Tim) and Tonya Hicks; and her stepchildren, Donna Hollibaugh, Lori Prigen (Charlie) and Kenny Phillips. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hampstead United Methodist Church (15395 Hwy 17, Hampstead, NC 28443).
