He is survived by: his children, Michael Allen Milliken (Royce), Patti Rose Hendren (Bill) and Timothy Lee Milliken (Kelley); his grandchildren, T. J. Milliken (Cherie), Rose Hendren, Billy Hendren (Tina), Jeff Milliken (Nicki) and Keith Milliken; and his brothers, Bob and Larry. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
