He was predeceased by: his parent Mildred Harding Bauersfeld; his wife Barbara; and his brother John. He is survived by: his parent Bious Wingate Williamson; his children, Sukoshi W. Roberts (Paul) of Cary, Libba W. Stephenson (Tom) of Hamlet and Rusty Williamson (Ann) of Hamlet; and his grandchildren, Wingate Williamson, IV of Durham, Katharine Williamson of Greenville and Harry Williamson of Greenville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 200 Rice Street, Hamlet, NC 28345.
