He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Dalling Kubiak; and his son Lee Novasack. He is survived by: his son Curtis Kubiak (Chris Ann Kubiak) of Mt Gilead, NC.; his grandchildren, Justin Kubiak (Paige) of Pageland, SC, Kaitlyn Kubiak of Middleburg, VA, Anthony Kubiak (Jon) of Rockingham, NC and Jenna Kubiak (Colton Browder) of Waynesville, NC.; his great grandchild Nolan William Kubiak; and his siblings, Roseanna Shute, Frank Kubiak of Sharpsburg, GA., Edward Kubiak and Francis Lorenzo.
A Mass was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint James Catholic Church (1018 W Hamlet Ave, Hamlet, NC 28345).
