He is survived by: his son Wayne (Lulie); his grandson Todd Cosby (Paige); his great grandchildren, Tristin Cosby, Landon Cosby, Ava Cosby and Cruz Cosby; his son Kelly (Wendy); his granddaughter Stacie Cosby Price (Jessie Price); and his great grandchildren, Calvin Price, Elise Price, Teddy Price, Katy Cosby Woltmann (Joshua Woltmann), Caleb Woltmann and Ethan Woltmann. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
