She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Ann Locklear; her grandparents, Gayle Spivey, Gary Locklear and Zan Tunstall; her siblings, Rebecca Locklear (Rick), Jessie Grant, Michelle Lammonds (Billy) and Larry Tunstall Jr. (Jessica); her nieces and nephews, Kenleigh, Braxton, Bladen, Jada, Maliyah-Jolee, Journee, Paige, Draven, Braden, Kayleigh and Chance; and her aunt Tammy Locklear.
