It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Banks of Hamlet, North Carolina, born in Anadarko, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Wayne and Rita Kay Sullivan; and her brother William. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Banks; her sons, Tommy Banks II (April) of Hamlet and Keith Banks (Lila) of Laurinburg; and her grandchildren, Austin Grey, Hayden Banks, Kara Banks, Nathan Banks, Hunter Ginter, Tom Banks, Isabell Banks and Hannah Banks. She is also survived by several siblings and many friends.
